Description

Fluorescent dye with absorbance max at 405 nm and emission max at 460 nm (measured in PBS) from Dyomics GmbH (Jena, Germany). The DY-410 fluorescent dye is soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, DMF, DMSO.

The available modifications for this dye are carboxylic acid, NHS-ester, amino-derivative, maleimide, azide, and alkyne.
