Fluorescent dye with absorbance max at 690 nm and emission max at 709 nm (measured in ethanol) from Dyomics GmbH (Jena, Germany). The DY-680 fluorescent dye is soluble in methanol, ethanol, DMF, DMSO.

The available modifications for this dye are carboxylic acid, NHS-ester, amino-derivative, maleimide, and azide.
