Description

Fluorescent dye from Dyomics GmbH (Jena, Germany) with absorbance max at 560 nm and emission max at 575 nm (measured in Ethanol) and with absorbance max at 550 nm and emission max at 575 nm (measured in PBS). The DY-549P1 fluorescent dye is soluble in water, methanol, DMF, DMSO.

The available modifications for this dye are carboxylic acid, NHS-ester, amino-derivative, maleimide, azide, alkyne, and dUTP.
