Description

Fluorescent dye with absorbance max at 777 nm and emission max at 791 nm (measured in ethanol) from Dyomics GmbH (Jena, Germany). The DY-800 fluorescent dye is soluble in water, methanol, DMF.

The available modifications for this dye are carboxylic acid, NHS-ester, amino-derivative, maleimide, and azide.
