Description
Luciferin analog substrate with luminescence peak at 620 nm (orange to red window) when used with the standard firefly luciferase reporter system. This enables deeper and more sensitive tissue imaging due to the reduced absorption and scattering of light compared to photonic emissions of D-Luciferin. The analog also provides stronger emissions for in vitro assays compared to the use of D-Luciferin.
