Description
This water soluble coelenterazine has been designed for in vivo imaging of Renilla luciferase expression with peak light emission at around 480 nm. Scientists employ the Renilla luciferase reporter due to various factors such as its relatively low background signal, stability over long periods, and it’s compatibility with dual-reporter systems allowing researchers to monitor multiple parameters within the same experimental setup.
