Description

Vial of fluorescent dye with absorbance max at 353 nm and emission max at 432 nm (measured in PBS) from Dyomics GmbH (Jena, Germany). The DY-350 fluorescent dye is soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, DMF, DMSO.

The available modifications of the dye are carboxylic acid, NHS-ester, amino-derivative, maleimide, azide, alkyne , phalloidin, dUTP.
