Fluorescent dye from Dyomics GmbH (Jena, Germany) with absorbance max at 366 nm and emission max at 449 nm (measured in PBS) . The DY-365 fluorescent dye is soluble in water, PBS, DMF, DMSO.

The available modifications for this dye are carboxylic acid, NHS-ester, amino-derivative, maleimide, azide, alkyne, phalloidin, and dUTP.
