The Binaree Tissue Clearing Rapid Chamber is the transparent sample chamber that holds your organ submerged in clearing solution throughout the Rapid workflow. It comes in two sizes to match sample volume: Chamber A takes 20 mL of solution (30 mL maximum) for smaller specimens, and Chamber B takes 50 mL (70 mL maximum) for larger organs such as whole rat brain or bulky tumor tissue. A porous internal support holds the sample in place and accommodates the dimensional changes tissue undergoes as it clears, keeping the specimen stable and evenly bathed in reagent. The chambers are designed for use with the Binaree Tissue Clearing Rapid System.
