Fluorescent dye from Dyomics GmbH (Jena, Germany) with absorbance max at 559 nm and emission max at 575 nm (measured in Ethanol) and bsorbance max at 551 nm and emission max at 565 nm (measured in PBS). The DY-574P1 fluorescent dye is soluble in water, methanol, DMF, DMSO.

The available modifications for this dye are carboxylic acid, NHS-ester, amino-derivative, maleimide, azide, alkyne, phalloidin, and dUTP.
