Description

R-954 (AcOrn[Oic(2),(αMe)Phe(5),dβNal(7),Ile(8)]desArg(9)-bradykinin) is an antagonist peptide of the bradykinin B1 receptor. MediLumine has a commercial license for sale of this peptide developed by scientists at the University of Sherbrooke, Quebec Canada.  It is used for for research into pain syndromes, cancer, pain associated with diabetes mellitus, inflammation, different types of vasculopathies, angiogenesis, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, alzheimer disease, arthritis and various other disease states.
