Pyramid Imaging Software is the analysis companion to the PRISM in vivo imaging platform, built for bioluminescence, fluorescence and SWIR data, and it ships with unlimited licenses so you can install it on every machine in your facility with no seats to count. Load a single acquisition or an entire study folder, draw circle, rectangle or polygon ROIs, and read out calibrated results in photons/cm²·s·sr, Total Flux in photons/second, and ROI area in cm², comparable between sessions, instruments and labs. The stamp tool copies ROI patterns and display settings across a whole cohort, and background ROIs subtract automatically. Video Mode plays TIFF stacks as time series and exports them to MP4 with all overlays included, while statistics export to Excel or CSV and images to PNG, PDF or SVG. Runs on Windows 10 or 11 with 8 GB RAM and integrated graphics.
