Micro-PRISM In Vivo SWIR Imaging System

Description

The micro-PRISM in vivo SWIR imaging kit cosists of an external illumination module, a microscope base adapted for in vivo imaging and and light tight enclosure for in vivo imaging applications. The system allows for imaging at fields of view of 25 mm and 4.8 mm for meso and microscopic SWIR imaging on regions of interest such as whole murine organs (eg. brain) or part of organ. The system supports video-rate imaging with up to 50 frames per second using inter NIR/SWIR excitations that are interleaved in real time with a four wavelength external illumination module. The systemauto exposure modes that automatically adjust exposure for optimal in vivo detections. The system is tailored to work with clinically approved indocyanine green and new dyes optimized for 980 nm and 1064 nm lasers, allowing for multi-color imaging with minimal cross-talk
