GadoSpin™ P allows comprehensive visualization of the vascular system in preclinical models. It supports assessment of both healthy vasculature and pathological changes in tumors and inflammatory lesions. Its extended blood pool phase enables accurate delineation of microvessels and facilitates quantitative evaluation of vascular structure.
GadoSpin™ P demonstrates relaxivity in water at 37 °C, with r1 = 10 L mmol-1 s-1 and r2 = 12 L mmol-1 s-1 at 1.41 T. The polymeric agent has a molecular weight of approximately 200,000 g mol-1. These properties contribute to prolonged intravascular retention, enhanced signal intensity, and improved image resolution during MR angiography.
