GadoSpin™ M is suitable for evaluating blood-brain barrier integrity, delineating tumor margins, and investigating neuroinflammatory processes. Its extracellular distribution enables whole-body soft tissue contrast and detailed imaging of CNS diseases in small animal models.
Relaxivity at 37 °C and 1.5 T is r1 = 4 L mmol-1 s-1 and r2 = 5 L mmol-1 s-1 in plasma, and r1 = 3 L mmol-1 s-1 and r2 = 4 L mmol-1 s-1 in water. The molecular weight is 938 g mol-1, consistent with Gd-DTPA standards. These properties support rapid distribution and predictable contrast behavior for longitudinal and endpoint studies.
